s 16CA Costs
16CA. When granting a general correction order in respect of a false statement of fact, the court may order that the whole or any part of the costs reasonably incurred by a prescribed person or prescribed internet intermediary in complying with the order be paid by any of the following:(a) the author of the false statement of fact, if the author authorised or caused that statement to be published; (b) any person or entity that intentionally published the false statement of fact or any material consisting of or containing the false statement of fact; (c) the subject who applied for the order.[17/2019]
