s 182A Interpretation of this Part

182A. In this Part —“Bail Officer” means any officer or senior military expert appointed by the Armed Forces Council under section 182AA(1) to exercise the power to release a person subject to military law on bail or bond;[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025] “military court” means a general court martial or the Military Court of Appeal.[28/2009]
