s 182AA Appointment of Bail Officer

182AA.—(1) The Armed Forces Council may appoint any officer or senior military expert to exercise the power to release a person subject to military law on bail or bond. (2) An appointment under subsection (1) must be published in the Gazette.[Act 5 of 2025 wef 09/03/2025]
