s 63 Impounding documents

63.—(1) A State Court may order any document produced before it in any proceedings to be impounded.[5/2014] (2) The document which has been impounded must not be delivered out of the custody of the court or inspected except on an order signed by a judicial officer. (3) The court that impounded the document may direct the document to be sent to the Attorney-General, the Commissioner of Stamp Duties or any other officer of the Government.
