s 33 Decisions how made

33.—(1) A decision of the Appellate Division is to be made in accordance with the opinion of the majority of the Judges hearing the case.[40/2019] (2) An appeal or application to the Appellate Division is to be dismissed if the Judges hearing the appeal or application are evenly divided.[40/2019]
