s 34 Sittings

34.—(1) The Appellate Division —(a) is to sit on such dates and at such places as the Chief Justice may from time to time appoint; and (b) may sit on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, or during a vacation, if the Chief Justice so appoints.[40/2019] (2) The Chief Justice may cancel or postpone a sitting appointed under subsection (1).[40/2019]
