s 54 Amendment of Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act
54. Section 7(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 170A, 1997 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (l), the following paragraph:“(la)
to cooperate with the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau of Singapore in relation to investigations under the Transport Safety Investigations Act 2018;”.
