s 55 Amendment of Public Utilities Act
55. Section 6(1) of the Public Utilities Act (Cap. 261, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (ja), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(jb)
cooperate with the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau of Singapore in relation to investigations under the Transport Safety Investigations Act 2018; and”.
