(1) The title of this Order is the Pembrokeshire (St. Mary Out Liberty and Tenby Communities) Order 2012.
(2) This Order comes into force for all purposes on 1 April 2012, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the Regulations.

The Pembrokeshire (St. Mary Out Liberty and Tenby Communities) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/805 (W.))
This Order is made in accordance with section 58(2) of the Local Government Act 1972. It gives effect to proposals of the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales (βthe Commissionβ) which reported in October 2011 on its review of the community boundaries of St. Mary Out Liberty, Saundersfoot and Tenby in the County of Pembrokeshire. The Commissionβs report recommended the transfer of the area of Waterwynch from the community of Tenby to the community of St. Mary Out Liberty.

In this Orderβ
βthe Mapβ (β y Map β) means the map marked βMap referred to in the Pembrokeshire (St. Mary Out Liberty and Tenby Communities) Order 2012β and deposited in accordance with regulation 5 of the Regulations;
βthe Regulationsβ (β y Rheoliadau β) means the Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976 ;
any reference to an electoral division is a reference to an electoral division of the County of Pembrokeshire; and
where a boundary is shown on the map as running along a road, railway line, footway, watercourse or similar geographical feature, it is to be treated as running along the centre line of the feature.
The part of the community of Tenby shown hatched on the Mapβ
(a) is transferred to the community of St. Mary Out Liberty; and
(b) forms part of the electoral division of Penally.
