art 2 Interpretation
In this Order— “the Map” (“ y Map ”) means the map marked “Map referred to in the Pembrokeshire (St. Mary Out Liberty and Tenby Communities) Order 2012” and deposited in accordance with regulation 5 of the Regulations; “the Regulations” (“ y Rheoliadau ”) means the Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976 ; any reference to an electoral division is a reference to an electoral division of the County of Pembrokeshire; and where a boundary is shown on the map as running along a road, railway line, footway, watercourse or similar geographical feature, it is to be treated as running along the centre line of the feature.
