Sch 4 para 23

In Schedule 2 to the Gas Act 1972 for paragraph 4 substitute— (4) The Acquisition of Land Act 1981 shall apply to a compulsory purchase by the Corporation of land or rights in England and Wales, subject, in the case of a compulsory acquisition of a right by the creation of a new right, to Schedule 3 to that Act
