(1) In section 14(2) of the Coast Protection Act 1949 for “paragraph 15 of the First Schedule to the said Act of 1946” substitute “ section 23(3) of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 ” . (2) In section 14(3) of the said Act of 1949 for “paragraph 15 of the First Schedule thereto”, in the first place where those words occur, substitute “ section 23(3) thereof ” .
