Sch 2A para 8

In this Schedule— “ chief constable ” means the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland; “ restraint order ” means a restraint order made under Part 3 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 “ suspended forfeiture order ” shall be construed in accordance with section 21(2) of that Act.
