Sch 3 para 2

In Schedule 2 to the Firearms Act 1968 (offences to which sections 17(2) and 18 apply in Scotland) for paragraphs 14 and 15 there shall be substituted the following paragraph— (13A) Offences against section 57 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.
