Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 s 37A

s 37A Exemptions

(1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision specifying circumstances in which the provisions of sections 28 to 37 are not to apply. (2) Regulations under subsection (1)— (a) may make transitional, transitory or saving provision, (b) are subject to the negative procedure.
