s 79 Interpretation of Part VI.

In this Part of this Act— “ chief constable ” means the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland; “ finder ” has the meaning given by section 67 of this Act; “ previous owner ” has the meaning given by section 71(2) of this Act.
