In section 6(2) of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986, in the definition of “statutory inquiry”, for “section 19(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971” there is substituted “ section 16(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 ” .
