(1) An offence under section 25 or 25A of the Immigration Act 1971 (c. 77) (assisting unlawful immigration etc.). (2) An offence under any of sections 57 to 59A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (c. 42) (trafficking for sexual exploitation). (3) An offence under section 4 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 (c. 19) (trafficking people for exploitation). (4) An offence under section 2 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
