(1) Section 290 (prior approval by senior officer) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (4), after paragraph (b), insert— (c) in relation to the exercise of the power by an accredited financial investigator, an accredited financial investigator who falls within a description specified in an order made for this purpose by the Secretary of State under section 453. (3) In subsection (6) for “or constable” substitute “ , constable or accredited financial investigator ” .
