Sch 6 para 58

(1) The Public Order Act 1986 is amended as follows. (2) In each of the provisions mentioned in sub-paragraph (3) omit the words from “notwithstanding” to the end. (3) The provisions are— (a) section 12(10); (b) section 13(13); (c) section 14(10); (d) section 14B(7).
