In section 32(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (c. 48) (early release of prisoners)— (a) paragraph (b)(iv) (imprisonment for excluded offence etc.); (b) paragraph (c)(iv) (imprisonment for service offence corresponding to excluded offence etc.), inserted by paragraph 94(2) of Schedule 16 to the Armed Forces Act 2006 (c. 52).
