Sch 8 para 102

The Secretary of State may by order— (a) repeal Part 6 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (c. 29); and (b) make such amendment, repeal or revocation of any provision made by or under any enactment (including this Schedule to this Act) as appears to the Secretary of State to be appropriate in consequence of the repeal of Part 6 of the Act of 2002.
