(1) Article 72A of the Limitation (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (actions for recovery of property obtained through unlawful conduct etc.) is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph (2) for “Director's” substitute “ relevant person's ” . (3) In paragraph (4) for “Director's” substitute “ relevant person's ” . (4) After paragraph (7) insert— (8) In this Article “ relevant person ” means— (a) the Serious Organised Crime Agency, (b) the Director of the Serious Fraud Office, or (c) the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.
