(1) Paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (representation in Crown Court proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (c. 29) which may be funded by the Northern Ireland Legal Services Commission) is amended as follows. (2) In sub-paragraph (1)(a) omit “or 204(3)”. (3) In sub-paragraph (1)(c) for “to 201” substitute “ to 199 ” .
