(1) Section 65 (appeal to Court of Appeal) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1) omit “or section 53”. (3) In subsection (2) omit “or section 53”. (4) In subsection (5)(a) omit the words from “or”, where it first appears, to “Director”.
