(1) Section 280 (applying realised proceeds) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (3)— (a) for “Director” substitute “ enforcement authority (unless it is the Scottish Ministers) ” ; and (b) for “him” substitute “ it ” . (3) In subsection (4) for “Agency” substitute “ enforcement authority concerned ” .
