s 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment (No. 2) Scheme 1994 and shall come into force on 3rd October 1994. (2) In this Scheme, the expression “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983 .
