reg 4 Assumptions relating to provisional amounts
In relation to financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2001, in Schedule 2— (a) for paragraph 2(12) there is substituted the following— (12) It shall be assumed that the amount calculated for the authority in accordance with the assumptions prescribed in sub-paragraphs (1) to (11) above is the total of the amount so calculated multiplied by 0.977. (b) for the table in paragraph 8(1) there is substituted the following—
