(1) This Order may be cited as the Consular Fees Act 1980 (Fees) Order 2000 and shall come into force on the day after it is made. (2) In this Order “the Finance Act” means the Finance (No. 2) Act 1987. (3) In this Order “the Fees Act” means the Consular Fees Act 1980.
