The Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 2000 art 3

art 3 Restrictions on agreements

Agreements which may be entered into by virtue of this Order by any of the bodies mentioned in article 2 above shall, where an authority is named in relation to it in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order, be restricted to agreements with an authority so named.
