s 3 Amendment of the Food Industry Development Scheme 1997
In paragraph 5 (eligibility for consideration for the payment of a grant under the Scheme), at the end of sub-paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the words “and that the applicant falls within any class or classes to which the Minister has restricted applications under paragraph 6(2A)”.
