s 4 Amendment of the Food Industry Development Scheme 1997

In paragraph 6 (applications for grants under the Scheme), after sub-paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph— (2A) An invitation by the appropriate Minister for applications for the payment of a grant under this Scheme may be restricted to such class or classes of person as that Minister shall determine.
