art 6 Transfer of residuary property, rights and liabilities from Welsh health authorities to the Powys Local Health Board
(1) This article applies to — (a) records; (b) shared computer systems; (c) any property, rights or liabilities of a Welsh health authority which are not transferred by virtue of any other provision of this Order. (2) All property, rights and liabilities to which paragraph (1) above applies shall on the transfer date be transferred from the Welsh health authorities to the Powys Local Health Board.
