art 2 Amendments to the 2002 Order
(1) The 2002 Order is amended as follows. (2) In article 3, at the beginning, there is inserted “Subject to article 3A,”. (3) After article 3, there is inserted — Publication of improvement plans in financial year 2004-2005 (3A) For the financial year beginning on 1st April 2004 and ending on 31st March 2005, best value authorities must publish their improvement plan by 31 July 2004.
