art 3 Use of electronic communications for appealing against enforcement notices
In section 174(3) of the Planning Act (appeal against enforcement notice), repeal “either” and, at the end, add— ; or (c) by sending such notice to him using electronic communications at such time that, in the ordinary course of transmission, it would be delivered to him before that date.
