art 1 Title, application and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 (Commencement No.1) (Wales) Order 2007 and it applies in relation to Wales. (2) In this Order— “ the Act ” means the Disability Discrimination Act 2005; “the 1995 Act ” means the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 .
