art 3 Revocation and transitional provisions

(1) The Orders listed in the Schedule are revoked on 1 August 2008. (2) Despite paragraph (1) the provisions of the Orders listed in the Schedule continue to apply to pupils in the second, third and fourth key stages until such time as the provisions of this Order apply to them.
