art 1 Title, commencement and interpretation
(1) The title of this Order is the Hywel Dda National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 12 March 2008. (2) In this Order unless the context otherwise requires — “the Act” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006; “community health services” (“ gwasanaethau iechyd cymunedol ”) means any service which the Welsh Ministers may provide under section 3(1) of or Schedule 1 to the Act; “establishment date” (“ dyddiad sefydlu ”) means 12 March 2008; “operational date” (“ dyddiad gweithredol ”) has the meaning assigned to it in paragraph 5(5) of Schedule 3 to the Act; “the trust” (“ yr ymddiriedolaeth ”) means the Hywel Dda National Health Service Trust established by article 2 of this Order.
