art 3 Nature and functions of the trust
(1) The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 18(1) of the Act. (2) The trust’s functions shall be to provide goods and services (including hospital accommodation and community health services) from (a) Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Ynysmaerdy, Llantrisant, CF72 8XR; (b) Prince Charles Hospital, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 9DT; and associated hospital and premises pursuant to section 18(1) of the Act.
