art 2 Amendment to the Travel Concessions (Eligible Services) Order 2002

(1) The Travel Concessions (Eligible Services) Order 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2). (2) In article 3(1)(a)(i), for “section 509 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008”.
