Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Travel Concessions (Eligible Services) (Amendment) Order 2010 and it comes into force on 1 April 2010.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Amendment to the Travel Concessions (Eligible Services) Order 2002

(1) The Travel Concessions (Eligible Services) Order 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In article 3(1)(a)(i), for “section 509 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008”.
