art 2 Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area

(1) The Welsh Ministers designate the area described in paragraph (2) as— (a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and (b) a special enforcement area. (2) The designated area is the County of Pembrokeshire.
