Section 1 Title and commencement

The title of this Order is the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Pembrokeshire) Designation Order 2010 and it comes into force on 1 February 2011.

Section 2 Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area

(1) The Welsh Ministers designate the area described in paragraph (2) as—

(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and

(b) a special enforcement area.

(2) The designated area is the County of Pembrokeshire.
