art 3 Commencement on 1 January 2012
The following provisions of the Measure come into force on 1 January 2012— (a) Section 2(2) (duty to implement strategy); (b) Section 3(3) (information and advice pursuant to strategy to be provided free of charge); (c) Section 6(1) to (3) (submission of draft strategy to Welsh Ministers); (d) Section 7 (public access to strategy); (e) Section 9 (amendment to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970).
