art 3 Amendment of article 3 of the principal Order
(1) Following article 3(2)(c) of the principal Order, insert — (d) to manage and provide shared services to the health service in Wales; and (2) Following article 3(2)(d) of the principal Order, insert — (e) to own or lease the premises associated with the provision of the services in paragraph (d).
