art 3 Provisions coming into force on 1 December 2015
The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming in to force is 1 December 2015— (a) sections 3 to 6; (b) sections 7 to 9 (in so far as they are not in force); (c) sections 10 to 13; (d) section 14, except for paragraph (b) of subsection (3); and (e) sections 16 to 19.
