Section 1 Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2015.

(2) In this Order, “ the Act” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 12 September 2015

The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming in to force is 12 September 2015—

(a) sections 7 to 9 for the purpose of making regulations;

(b) section 15, except for paragraph (e) of subsection (4); and

(c) section 20.

Section 3 Provisions coming into force on 1 December 2015

The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming in to force is 1 December 2015—

(a) sections 3 to 6;

(b) sections 7 to 9 (in so far as they are not in force);

(c) sections 10 to 13;

(d) section 14, except for paragraph (b) of subsection (3); and

(e) sections 16 to 19.
