The Higher Education (Wales) Act 2015 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2016 art 3

art 3 Provisions coming into force on 1 August 2016

The following provisions of the Act come into force, to the extent specified, on 1 August 2016— (a) section 38(1) (duty to withdraw approval) for all purposes; and (b) section 40 (publication etc of notice) for all remaining purposes.
