Article 6
The irrigation referred to in Article 1 (3) (b) shall comprise the construction of small-scale public irrigation networks not exceeding 400 hectares save in exceptional cases.

Article 7
The following particulars must appear in the programme referred to in Article 1 (4): (a) the areas to be irrigated, their location and estimates of the number of projects and farms which will benefit; (b) the estimated cost and the schedule of expenditure; (c) the aid earmarked for the execution of the work.
