Article 8

The tariff quotas referred to in Article 1 shall be managed by the Commission in accordance with Article 308a to Article 308c of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93. Communication between the Member States and the Commission in this connection shall take place as far as possible by electronic means. The Member States and the Commission shall cooperate closely to ensure compliance with this Regulation. Each Member State shall guarantee importers of the products in question equal and continuous access to the quotas in so far as the balance of the quota volumes permits. TITLE IV FINAL PROVISIONS
